You should have tried out a RinseKit PRO for your portable shower. I love mine as it's easy to take in and out of the van as needed.

If you are going call it home for 5 years keep the interior as neat and pleasing as possible. Keep all the systems (electrical, plumbing, wiring,...) accessible and in locations that repairs do not require tearing things apart. Plan well, go slow.
