RV Quality ?

Yep, I do that every weekend. But jets are built by large corporations will billions of dollars worth of tools and quality control experts. One person alone cannot build an RV to those specifications.

You will note that apparently all their quality effort is applied after it is finished. The difference between the aircraft and RV world is there would be inspection steps at each stage and definitely before it is moved to the next station. How else are you going to find and fix problems that will be covered up in the next process.
This is what I was referring to as the industry needs to change from the top down to improve quality.
