Consider that $1000 the price of not hassling. A lot of times it is worth it.
Actually, more than worth it. We had made a deal on the new(to us)coach, but the seller was having trouble getting the title from his finance company. We were living in the old coach while this was going on and the guy who bought it was happy to just give me a deposit and wait until the paperwork on the new coach came through.
About 4 months after the deal was finally completed, we ran into them at a lake campground not too far from our old house. Both of us were loving our new to us RV's.
