I got a chance to work on this issue over the last few weeks and have not come up with a fix. I checked the water heater and there was a check valve in the hot outlet side of the heater. I replaced the check valve just in case it was defective but I'm still getting the same results (a blast of...
For starters I didn't have one break. Everytime I hook up the stabilizer bars I can't help to think about the enormous amount of pressure they are under. Has anyone had them break? I would imagine it would make quite a noise and possibly damage something with flying shrapnel?
That's why I put the "usually" in there. I'm sure there are some good ones in there. I'm in the automotive industry where extended warranties are a total waste of money.
Grab a 6 pack and a lawn chair. I could watch this for hours hahaha. We've actually sat right off the boat launch in our boat and watched people try to back down the launch. Watched people just about come to blows on more than one occasion.
I wanted to install it at the faucet but I don't think I have the room. It's pretty tight under the shower tub. I purchase the camco threaded kind that threads into the water heater.
On a side note, we have a shower head in one of the bathrooms in our house that has a hose like an rv shower...
Well guys the oxygenics shower head did not work for me. It didn't do anything to cure the cold water blast. I do however have a nice looking shiny chrome shower head installed. It is much nicer than the factory shower head and the spray pattern is far better than the cheap factory head so I'm...
With my setup there is no way I could lift the bars on to the brackets without keeping the TV attached to the trailer and lifting the back end of the truck. If you can lift the bars with the trailer disconnected, I would think the bumper of the TV would be dragging the ground because of the WD...
Sure I'll give the new shower head a try first. I really don't want to install the check valve if I don't have to anyway. I'll let you know what happens!
I have limited room at the faucet so I figured the next best thing is to put a check valve at the water heater.
I'm hoping that I get everything I ordered today and get it installed this weekend
Thank you for all the help!
I took a look at the water heater and did not find any check valves so I purchased an oxygenics shower head and a check valve for the outlet of the heater that was recommended. Once I get them installed, I'll report back and let you know how it goes.
