Closet floor has 4 screws that when screws removed the floor won't lift out  Is it the gasket is so tight so exhaust won't escape ?  I guess just lift as hard as possible ?

When replacing, do you fill the new filter with fuel or let the pump fill it

There is nothing wrong with you or what you are doing and it is not a loss of power. If you don't use your system each month it is turned off by the company my case it is Directv. I simply call them and it is all fixed in like 3 minutes. There is nothing you can do but call them each time. Sorry...

We put those swin noodles on the bottom and then wrap the reels with the small terry cloth rags you can buy then bungy them this works for us pretty good. Our rods you can not break down. Best of luck
