thanks for all responses, the sliding  adjuster was  all it took  to smooth it right out. 

I  took my new to me rv out last weekend for a shakedown trip  even thought the dealer  did a so called  checkout  of all the systems.  This  is a 2002 trail lite  b plus  rv, anyway when i started the water heater  (propane  only )  i can hear  it sounded like the flame doesnt want to stay lit ...

thanks, i do have an intelletec  isolator  so that sounds like what is happening, when i checked the voltage i did have 13.5 volts on each battery.

thanks lou,  i now have a  02  r vision b+  trail lite  that i just got so im learning about it. i can see the box containing the  solenoids  so ill look it over some more. 

yes i had disconnected the cables to the house battery and was removing the battery  when the pos. cable touched the cassis and  big spark accurred, i tested the cables with my multimeter and have 12 volts on the  cables.  so i went and discconected the chassis battery  and that killed  all...

i have 12v power going to my house  battery cables  even with the shore power cord unplugged .  i found out the hard way when i removed the house battery yesterday.  why would power be feeding from the chassis battery? 

has anyone used one of the portable a/c units they have  out on the market nowdays  for cooling a smaller sized  rv. The reason im asking is that  my roof top unit is bad and i can find these portable ones  for $100 to 200  used around here  and thought i might try one out.  They have a hose...

i see there are  several battery additives out there to help rejuvenate old    lead  acid batterys,  has anyone on here tried them ?  Are they worth  the effort?

Hi  folks,  im  new  here and have  an old tioga that is leaking around  a front window,  this is  a cabover  window  (class c)  .  What is the type of caulk i should use to  seal the window once i remove it and clean it all up  and  get ready to reinstall.    thanks
