I just lost my "new" awning to a freak storm that came up in the night down here in lower Alabama... Called State farm and they said get a TV repair over and send photos..He came removed it so I can drive and is sending photos and I guess I will get a check...in the mail.. I'm now considering...

The thermostat is able to run on the AA batteries as a stand alone unit...thus it works on 24v A/C and even millivolt systems...it is able to "switch loads using 12 volt power or 24 volt power. I thought that was what was asked for .. George

No body that I've seen yet asked if the sinks drain as they should...if they do than the issue is the shower drain... which would suggest a hair or soap clog ..if this is indeed the issue...on the other hand if they all drain poorly it's back to the vent and cutting the vent is a fool proof way...

Just a note... I had mine damaged in high winds a few years ago while returning from MI...go figure... State Farm said since it was wind damage it was fully covered w/no deductible and paid it complete.. Hope your as lucky. George

Actually the issues only did show up there...maybe because of the type of sites I had open... This is a W-8 and is better protected...no more open WiFi for a while... George
