Campgrounds in Wyoming near Yellowstone NP

Thanks to everyone for the advice!  We've been very careful here at home - limiting trips to the grocery store, etc. -  and will continue to do the same on the road.  As the mother-in-law of a police officer, I feel very confident that law enforcement just about everywhere has better things to...

Campgrounds in Wyoming near Yellowstone NP

Our trip has been planned for months and we have reservations in West Yellowstone, Montana for our Yellowstone NP visit.  We're banking/hoping that the park will open before we plan to arrive in late June.  My concern right now is that Montana requires that visitors from out of state quarantine...

Best way to store a lot of recipes in an RV

I have been using a program called MasterCook for years to store my recipes.  It has lots of other features that I really like - menu planning, grocery lists, etc. - that are all drag and drop.

    Gas stations ...

On trips, it feels like my husband and I spend so much time researching the next gas stop!  Whichever one of us isn't driving, locates potential stations and then looks at areal photos to determine pump placement, exits, etc.  When we use truck stops, we look longingly at the roomy diesel pumps!

    Arlington, TX (Cowboys Stadium)

We have stayed at Treetops in Arlington a couple of times and really liked it.  Very shady and near stores, restaurants, etc. http://www.treetopsrv.com/

Best route from Durango to Gunnison, CO

I'm trying to figure out the best route to take from Durango to Gunnison.  I know that the Million Dollar Highway section of SH550 is not for campers.  So, what is the best route?  Any suggestions will be appreciated!

    Campground Arrival Checklist

There is a great app for iPhones (may be available for other phones as well) called RV Checklists.  It was either free or very inexpensive.  It has departure and arrival checklists, packing lists, etc.  You can delete, add, change all of them to fit your needs.  You can also create lists for...

    Stove exhaust fan vents inside!?

We recently bought a new camper and, the first evening that I cooked something inside, I poked my head out to see if the exhaust fan vent cover was opened.  There wasn't one!  I quickly discovered that the fan vents inside.  What good does that do??  When we took the unit in for warranty work on...

    Mattress/bed is painful

We recently purchased a new Keystone Premier Bullet and while we love so many things about it, the mattress/bed is so painful to attempt to sleep on.  The bed is one of those that has storage under it so there is a hinge portion partway down (I do wonder if that's part of the pain problem).  The...

    Lightweight vacuum suggestions

We just bought our first TT with some carpet so I am in the market for a compact, lightweight vacuum that will take care of business on the carpet.  I don't want to spend a lot since we're not full-timers; but I need something to get the job done!
