I bought my first RV just about a month ago and I'm already making a list of the things I want to change when I trade it in for my second RV someday in the future. I don't know enough about the mechanical side of things, yet, to add any of those items, but they will probably come with time. ...

My checkbook would do them very little good.  I'm going to have to finance this with a small down payment and no trade-in.  When I sell my house, I'll have breathing room again and can drive off into the sunset to my first RV park...about five miles from my house.

What about having a washer/dryer if there isn't one in your RV?  It's barely mentioned by anyone, so far, which means everyone has one or it's really not that important.  I am shopping RVs and I am finding that most of my favorites have no washer/dryer set up.  I've been ruling those out...

I did some quick research. Atoka had about 400 people when I was growing up in Jackson. It now has about 8,000.  So that may be the reason I've never heard of it.  It has grown quite a bit!!  Of course, I know Tipton County. Anyway, welcome!

I'm from Jackson and I don't think I've ever heard of Atoka.  How can that be???  What's it known for?  Jackson had Casey Jones and  Carl Perkins and is now the home of the Rockabilly Hall of Fame...impressed?
