I have an Easy Start from Microair.  It is a bit pricey, maybe that's why it is not included. I can run one A/C with my honda 2200.  Or put it on Eco mode and run the RV all night (10+ hours) without an AC, on one gallon of gas.

I run all my grey water from my house right on the lawn.  It's sloped and it's the greenest grass in the yard.  What is a septic system going to do, put the same water a few feet under the grass?

Back in the day, MN State Parks would leave a bunch of spots open for "walk-ins" vs. reservations.  I used to set up for Thursday on a walk in, and had until 6 PM to extend my stay on Friday.  Thursday was never booked, and I was always able to extend.

I can run a 15K A/C with my Honda 2200.  The A/C has an Easy Start.  I installed two of them, one on each A/C.

When an A/C starts, it uses a lot of amps for a very short time.  I can run a 15K BTU from one of my 2200 Hondas.  I also have an Easy Start by MicroAir.

I have the Andersen as well.  Keep in mind, that every pound the hitch weighs, is a pound that you have to give up on the trailer pin weight.

My first time driving my fifth wheel I put on over 700 miles, at 65 MPH.  In my car, I drive 850 a day on the first day of a long trip. 78 mph.  Start early 5 AM, stop every ~200 miles, and make the stops fast.  Stop shortly after dark, and have a destination you are going to.

Get a real corded vacuum, with a brush.  The Shark Rocket is what we have.

Have the RV shop give you an estimate to fix it.  Then assume it will be at least 2x that.  Make your offer accordingly.
