Is there a place in the forum library where brochures are available in PDF format?

If anyone has one available, I am looking for the 2002 Alpine Coaches from Western.

To get really specific, 2002 M40FD.

Not in our library, but click the Resources button above and scroll down the menu. Can't guarantee there'll be a  link to the brochure you're looking for.

There are numerous older RV sales brochures online - several manufacturers now maintain libraries for their previous products. Ditto for some  dealers and owners groups.  Western RV, of course, no longer has a web site, but a Google search will often turn up what you need.
manualslib.com has a couple owner manuals listed under Western Recreational Vehicles. Not your year, but maybe helpful.
