Congratulations on your new trailer! 
Our first trailer was a 2013 Catalina and we had pretty much no problems with it. The only thing I remember really having to fix was a water fitting was loose under the kitchen sink. I just tightened it up by hand, took less than a minute. I did go over all the other fittings just to be sure they wouldn't start leaking. The biggest reason we traded was we wanted something bigger as we camphosted quite a bit at a couple of local State Parks. That 223FB was a bit tight for extended camping.
