Something fast and easy for arrival day, or an on the road day.
2 granny smith apples
1 Kielbasas
1 can of corn
1 bag of instant potatoes
2 red onions
1 bell pepper
Slice the apples and saute in butter in a large skillet, when slightly brown and soft put in sliced onion, bell pepper and sliced Kielbasas. cook all that together for around 10-15 mins. About 10 mins before done make the bag of instant potatoes, 5 mins before done make the corn.
While my wife likes it all separate, I prefer to make a big pile and just eat!
