I had the same issue as described in this thread. My power jack also would stall. My issue was that the battery connects to some breakers on the trailer frame and all the connections were very corroded. When I replaced the breakers and cleaned the wire connectors, things worked fine.
Now, my...
Update to this continuing saga
Success!
Two parts to this fix.
First, the jerky slide seems to be fixed by applying the PTFE spray under the slide and towards the slide bar. This made the slide go smoothly.
However, the slide would just stop. The power winch would also stop and has gotten...
I'm impressed! Great job.
Been there with two blowouts. One at the beginning of a trip and said to self "Replace all 4 tires when we get back 6 weeks later. Literally, on the last leg of the trip home, another blowout. Immediately replaced them at home with good tires.

Like I said, my small slide has rollers underneath - they are clearly...
Haven't contacted BAL, yet.
I checked out a Keystone RV forum and there are a number of threads about "jerky slide". The slide moves on a bar for the length of the slide and it can cause friction. People have had success by:
1. Put the slide all the way out and clean the bottom
2. Apply a...
Ahhhh, gotcha. I was picturing the "tracks" you see on some other types of slides.
I'll check.
We're heading out on Sunday for a 1-week trip, we'll see how it goes.
Thanks.
