The friendliest place on the web for anyone with an RV or an interest in RVing!
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I did sheet vinyl in our MH and the flooring guy I purchased it from had me glue the edges only. I've had no problems in the past year in temps ranging from -20? to 90?.
That manual musta been written by a salesman (if they open their mouth they're lying) because slideouts only seal in the in or out position. The slide wipers are far from being able to make an airtight seal. Arf !
Here's a new site that will work for all of us. The more people that sign up the better. I welcome you all to stop by here for a night if you need a place.

I just checked and as I suspected, there is nothing on 285 or close to it between I40 & SF. SF is devoid of good RV parks anyways. Fortunately I'm only a few hrs from there so never consider staying in SF or near it.
Off hand, if I recall (and I travel that road several times a year), there's only a rest stop (pull off) in that section. I'll look at my Streets & Trips in a bit and check.
TST http://www.tsttruck.com/RV_Tire_Systems.html is one of the most popular systems. Mine has been flawless. $299 for the 6 tire system or $470 for the Pressure Pro.
So many RVers rave about the superlative customer service from TST that makes the choice easy. They have a new in tire system...
The oil Gurus say once a year regardless of mileage. Oil collects moisture from the air and running an engine to operating temperature burns it off. I would take one good trip and then change it.
I'm of the school that only paranoid RV'er cover their tires. They're a pain to put on & off so the wind doesn't send them into the next county. I coat mine with '303- SPF for your tires' and drive often enough to flex the sidewalls.
