Does the fuse behind the radio have reliable power? Is there reliable power coming off the fuse box?

I've found that at times, having both axles on ramps/blocks etc. is too much of a lift. Often just one wheel is enough.

Would that "WrrrWrrr" be aux brake booster pressure pumps? They'd be in the engine space or on a frame rail.

Boomer, The tires can look a little funny when turning corners, especially tighter ones. perfectly normal, as long as they're normal when straight. WDH will make various noises both backing and going ahead, or not. Just depends n the day.

Heated mirrors, having heat turned on when driving in the rain or mist, will stay drier.

Minnesota has a watch out that reads a lot like the one for Colorado, just not quite as much snow for Tuesday through Thursday.

What size is the wire going to it? #10 = a 30 Amp fuse or breaker; larger wire means 40 Amp and up.

That's what is left of your AM-FM radio antenna. You should be able to get a replacement antenna at places that have car parts. It should come loose by loosening a screw on the ball shaped pat, probably #2 Phillips.

Could it be the "Salesman's Switch"?

I believe that Coach busses have mirrors similar to those. Possibly School Busses, too.

There may be an automatic shut-off in the pump nozzle, but I have seen them, both gas and diesel, not stop fuel delivery, usually when one is as far as one can get from the nozzle.

Sounds to me you have some loose connections on the 12 Volt DC side the part where the fuses are. You'll want to disconnect Shore Power before opening the panel up. Then tighten every screw you can see.

I would guess it's the overfill vent line for the fresh water tank, especially if it's near the valve labeled "Fresh Water Drain".
